摘要
目的探讨一次性使用陶瓷手术刀的生物学特性与临床使用的实用性和安全性评估,为陶瓷手术刀的临床使用提供科学依据。方法利用氧化锆陶瓷材料研制出一种一次性使用的陶瓷手术刀,通过动物试验、病理观察、临床使用等方面,与金属手术刀进行对比研究,观察陶瓷手术刀的生物特性、临床使用优势与风险评估。结果陶瓷手术刀完全符合外科手术操作的要求,使用过程中无折断现象,切口愈合较快,炎性反应较轻,切口边缘愈合较整齐。结论陶瓷手术刀的生物相容性较好,有利于伤口快速愈合,实用性强,安全性好。
Objective To explore the biological characteristics and scientific evidences for practical and safe application of disposable ceramic scalpel in clinic. Methods The disposable ceramic scalpel was made of the zirconia ceramic. By means of animal experiment, pathological observation, clinic application, comparisons of the biological characteristics, clinic advantages, risk assessment between metal and ceramic scalpel were accomplished. Results Ceramic scalpel fully met the requirements of surgical operations, with no break in use. Compared to metal scalpel, ceramic scalpel incisions had faster wounding healing, lighter inflammation and more neatly cutting edges. Conclusion Ceramic scalpel, particularly practical and safe, provides fast wound healing with its better biocompatibility.
