福建省旅游标准化现状分析及对策研究

Present Situation Analysis and Countermeasures of Tourism Standardization in Fujian Province

标准化是人类发展历史当中生产社会化、市场化、规模化的经验总结,也是现阶段福建省旅游产业做大做强的必由之路。运用统计数据总结出福建省旅游标准化的五大现状特点,分析其存在的体系结构、质量内容、工作体制、人才保障以及执行效果方面的问题,并针对问题,从如何提升旅游标准品质,健全旅游标准体系,创新旅游标准化运作机制,促进闽台旅游标准对接等方面提出了具体的发展对策,旨在为省域旅游标准化的可持续发展提供参考。

Standardization is an important experien ce from socialization,marketization and large-scale production during human development history,which is also a necessary way for Fujian tourism industry to become more bigger and stronger at this stage. This paper uses statistical data to summarize five current characteristics of the tourism standardization in Fujian Province,analyses its existing issues on standard system,the quality of those standards,standardization work mechanism,talent guarantee and effect of implementation,and finally proposes practical countermeasures on how to improve the quality of tourism standards and the structure system,innovate tourism standardization operation mechanism,and boost the docking between Fujian and Taiwan on tourism standard work,aiming at offering some reference for the sustainable development of provincial Tourism Standardization.
