镇江社区教育近年来有了长足的发展,但社区教育基础仍然薄弱。参与社区教育是开放大学的重点任务之一。要抓住开放大学建设契机,围绕苏南教育现代化示范区建设目标,坚持以人为本,以改革创新为动力,以现代信息技术为支撑,以开放大学、社区学院和镇街道社区教育中心为主阵地,全面提高社区教育质量和实效,加快完善终身教育体系,为建设学习型社会提供有力支撑和保障。

There has been a long and steady development of community education in Zhenjiang,but the foundation for community education is still weak.Participation in community education is one of the key tasks of the open uni-versity.The opportunity of open university construction should be seized to improve the quality and effectiveness of community education comprehensively,focusing on the goal of building the model area of educational modernization in the southern part of Jiangsu,sticking to the human-centered policies,being driven by the reform and innovation, being supported by modern information and technology.Open university,the community college and the town street community education center serve as the main position to accelerate the improvement of the system of lifelong edu-cation,which provides strong support and guarantee for the construction of learning type society.
