大学生村官“陌生人”心理及其影响因素研究

A study on the “stranger”psychology of college-student village officials and the influencial factors

通过在江苏省Z市展开的实证研究探讨大学生村官中的"陌生人"心理及其影响因素。研究发现,在该市的大学生村官群体中确实存在一种表现为焦虑、孤独、不确定感、缺乏归属感的"陌生人"心理,而职业成就、交往与性别等因素是影响这一心理形成的主要因素。

An empirical research was carried out in the Z city of Jiangsu Province to study the “stranger”psycho-logy of college-student village officials and the influencial factors.The research shows that there really exists a“stranger”psychology of college-student village officials in the Z city who show anxiety,uncertainty and lack of a sense of belonging and that the occupation achievement,communication and gender are the main factors influencing the formation of the psychology.
