常州市全民健身站点建设的现状调查与发展对策

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Changzhou National Fitness Site Construction

采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对常州市全民健身站点建设的现状进行研究。结果表明:目前常州市建有健身站点2808个,万人拥有站点数6.11个,有各级社会体育指导员10914名,参加健身站点活动的居民主要是中老年人。市民最希望得到的体育公共服务是锻炼方法指导和健身信息咨询与讲座。提出全民健身站点建设中制度建设是保障、设施建设是前提、健身指导员队伍建设是关键、整合各方面资源是手段。

Using the research methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics etc,this paper makes an analysis on current situation and development countermeasures of Changzhou national fitness site. The results show that the participants in fitness site activities,are mainly old people. At present,Chang-zhou has built f2909 fitness sites,6. 11 per million people and 10914 social sports instructors of all levels. Sports public service that people most concern about is the exercise guidance and fitness information lectures. The paper put forward tthat the construction system of national fitness site building is the guarantee,facility is the prerequisite,and the fitness instructor team building is the key and the integration of various resources is the method.
