结肠息肉内镜下治疗的体会

Experience in the Endoscopic Treatment of Colon Polyps

目的:探讨结肠息肉内镜下治疗的各种方法及效果。方法:通过肠镜检查8 024例确诊的各种形态、大小息肉1 326例共1 637颗,对于不同大小、形态的息肉,采用单一和联合的内镜治疗。结果:1 326例结肠息肉内镜治疗1 637颗,其中有4例因基底癌变转外科治疗,发生迟发性出血9例,再次内镜下止血成功;穿孔2例,1例钛夹修补成功,1例钛夹修补失败转外科治疗,并发症发生率为0.82%。结论:结肠息肉内镜下治疗是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective： To investigate the clinical methods and effect of endoscopic treatment of colon polyps. Methods： In 8 024 cases of enteroscope examination, We diagnosed 1 637 polyps from 1 326 cases in were diagnosed in 1 637. We applied single and combined with endoscopic therapy polyp according to different size and morphous. Results： Total 1 637 colon polyps were endoscopic Treated. Four cases were basement carcinogenesis and performed surgical therapy. Nine cases were delayed hemorrhage and successfully re-endoscopic haemostasis. Two cases were perforation, and 1 case was repaired successfully with titanium clip,1 case was titanium clip patching failed and performed surgical therapy. The total complication rate was 0.82%. Conclusion： endoscopic treatment was an effective and safe therapy in treatment of colon polyps.
