山区农村公共基础设施现状研究——丽江南溪田野调查报告

Current Situation of Rural Public Infrastructure in Mountainous Area——Field Investigation Report in Nanxi Lijiang

以丽江市玉龙纳西族自治县黄山镇南溪村的村民为调查对象,通过田野调查和深度访谈,研究南溪村作为一个纳西族聚居地区,其公共基础设施状况。研究发现南溪作为一个山区,虽然该地公共基础设施与发达地区相比,差距较大,但相比较其他山区相对完善,这与当地的地域传统文化和政府服务意识的增强有着不可分割的关系。农村公共基础设施要顺利建设,不仅政府要加大支持力度,更需要当地居民良好的意识形态。

The article, taking Nanxi villagers in Huangshan town inYulong Naxi nationality autonomous county of Lijiang as respondents, though field investigation and depth interview, investigate the current situation of the public infrastructure as a residence area of Naxi nationality. It found that the public infrastructure of Nanxi is poor-developed compared with developed areas but relatively perfect compared with other mountainous areas, which has much to do with the traditional culture of the region and the government service consciousness. The rural public infrastructure construction requires local people＇good ideology as well as the governmenfincreased support.
