北京市生产性服务业发展现状及对策研究

On The Development of Productive Service Industry in Beijing

生产性服务业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,也是经济发达国家和地区大城市经济的核心内容。我国也开始大力发展生产性服务业,实现向技术进步和效率提高驱动的集约型增长转型。北京市生产性服务业近年发展势头强劲,已经形成以生产性服务业为主导的经济格局。分析了国内外生产性服务业内涵、分类、特征及现状;分析了北京市生产性服务业发展现状,在此基础上提出创造良好的发展环境、推动生产性服务业聚集区建设、加强生产性服务业与制造业互动发展等建议,从而促进北京市生产性服务业进一步健康快速发展。

Productive service industry is an important part of modern service industry, also the core of economy of major cities in the developed countries and areas. Beijing productive service industry maintains a stable development and has been formed economic landscape with productive service industry as the leading. This paper analyzed the connotation, classification and characteristics of productive service industry at home and abroad. It proposed creating a favorable development environment, promoting clusters construction of the productive service industry, strengthening the interactive development of productive service and manufacturing industry, thus promoting the healthy and rapid development of productive service industry in Beijing.
