公益性国有企业混合所有制改革的路径探析

Analysis on the Path of the Mixed Ownership Reform for the Public Welfare State-owned Enterprises

作为国有企业重要组成部分的公益性国有企业的改革是当前一个热门话题,一方面由于其具有着不同于一般企业的特性和作用;另一方面由于公益性国有企业的改革将会直接影响到大众的切身利益的特点。从大众关注的公益性国有企业的混合所有制改革的角度入手,介绍了公益性国企和混合所有制的涵义,以及公益性国企进行混合所有制改革的必要性,进而提出了混合所有制下公益性国企的道路探析。

As an important part of state-owned enterprises reform, the reform of the public welfare state-owned enterpri- ses is currently a hot topic. On one hand, the features and functions which they have are different from general enterprise. On the other hand, the public welfare state-owned enterprises reform will directly affect the vital interests of the masses. This paper introduces the meaning of the public welfare state-owned enterprises and the mixed ownership, discusses the necessity of reform from the perspective of the public welfare state-owned enterprises＇mixed ownership reform. Then it put forward the path of the public welfare state-owned enterprises with mixed ownership.
