HPA轴与抑郁症关系的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 抑郁症是以情绪低落、兴趣减退、愉悦感缺失为核心症状的一系列综合征,因其具有高发病率、复发率和高自杀风险而成为关注重点。近年的研究表明其发病机制涉及神经‐内分泌‐免疫网络的失衡,其中下丘脑‐垂体‐肾上腺轴(hypothalamic‐pituitary‐adrenal axis ,HPA轴)的作用较突出,它可与神经系统和免疫系统相互作用共同影响抑郁症的发生发展。本文就近几年HPA轴与抑郁症关系的研究进展进行综述,为探讨抑郁症不同临床亚型提供理论指导,为预防、评估抑郁症的发病和复发风险提供指导策略。
