枯草杆菌、肠球菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效分析

The Treatment effect of analysis Bacillus subtilis Enterococcus joint montmorillonite combination treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的研究枯草杆菌、肠球菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月~2014年2月进行诊治的96例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,将其平均分成两组。观察组48例在蒙脱石散治疗基础上加用枯草杆菌、肠球菌,对照组48例采用蒙脱石散进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果,并对两组治愈率、不良反应发生情况给予统计学分析。结果观察组患儿在各方面都有明显的优势,治愈率较高,不良反应率较小,其结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用枯草杆菌、肠球菌联合蒙脱石散的方法治疗小儿腹泻,效果显著,不良反应少,具有较高的临床应用价值。

] Objective To analyze the study of Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus joint montmorillonite clinical efficacy in the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods In recent years, our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 96 eases of diarrhea in children as research subjects, which were divided into two groups. Half of children with diarrhea as the observation group in ＂the treatment of montmorillonite to be based on Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus combination therapy method, remaining as a control group were treated montmorillonite powder, compared two groups of treatment, and cure groups rate of adverse events give statistical analysis. Results The study group of children in all aspects of the obvious advantages, the cure rate is high, the rate of adverse events is small, and its resuhs were significantly different. Conclusion Children with diarrhea during treatment using Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus joiut montmorillonite powder method to cure the effect is significant, can reduce the side effects of treatment, with a high clinical value, very worthy of promotion and popularization.
