火焰原子吸收光谱法测定煤矸土上粮食中金属元素

Determination of Metal Elements in Grain Planted in Coal Gangue Land with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 该文研究了煤矸石中几种常见的金属元素在粮食环境中的迁移富集及其对人体健康的影响.实验采用干灰化法消化样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了矸石土和沙土上种植的玉米、豌豆和蚕豆中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn等六种金属元素.实验回收率在96.8%~106.1%之间,相对标准偏差RSD小于4.25%.且煤矸土上种植的粮食中金属元素含量高于在沙土上种植的相同品种的粮食. In order to study the gangue absorption of metal elements IN different crops,the gangue,some common metal elements in grain crop environment of migration enrichment and their effects on human health were experimented in this paper. In this experimental,the samples of corn,horse bean and pea,which were planted in the coal gangue soil and the sandy soil,is digested by dry ash method. And six metal elements,such as calcium, magnesium,copper,zinc,iron and manganese in three grains,were determined with the flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)method. The recoveries ranged from 96. 8% to 106. 1% ,and the RSD are lower than 4. 25% ,this result indicated the established methods are competent. Furthermore,the analysis results are compared with the contents of metals in the same three grains planted in sandy soil. It was found that the contents of metal elements in samples from the coal gangue soil are higher than those from the sandy soil.
