银行风险管理信息系统体系架构的设计

Design of Bank Risk Management Information System

建立全面的风险管理系统既是银行自身高速发展的需要,也是银监会对于各商业银行监管的要求.论文针对银行的风险管理系统建设目标,以及对系统建设的风险管理信息系统技术需求,从IT用户层、源数据层、数据转换层、数据服务层、中间服务层、信息访问层、用户层7个方面对风险系统的整体架构进行阐述.经过实践证明,银行风险管理信息系统体系架构的设计能满足风险管理系统建设的既定目标.

To set up an overall risk management system is the requirement of a bank for its high speed devel-opment,and the supervision demand of China Banking Regulatory Commission（CBRC）. According to the bank′s risk management system construction goal,as well as the technical requirements of the system construction,a new system structure from the IT user layer,data layer,data conversion layer,data service layer,middle service layer,information access layer,user layer on the 7 aspects of risk system framework was discussed in this paper, and it will meet the objective of the bank′s risk management.
