“电力电子技术”课程的CDIO教学改革

针对传统电力电子技术课程教学及实践环节的不足,探索了基于CDIO工程应用为指导的教学改革模式,从理论教学改革、项目构思设计、项目运作及项目考核四个方面出发,实现了以项目小组为主体,教师为主导的教学模式,激发学生学习兴趣培养团队协作互相沟通协调,在"做中学"和"学中做"中培养学生创新思维,工程实践,语言表达协调沟通和团队合作能力,取得了较好的教学效果。

Aiming at the disadvantages of the teaching and practice part of Power electronics technology course, a CDIO teaching mode is discussed in detail in this paper. The CDIO project teaching method includes educational reform, project design, project operation and project operation evaluation. The application of CDIO is based on project teams and teachers, which could not only effectively cultivate the comprehensive ability, the autonomous learning abil- ity, the information analysis ability, the innovation, the hands-on skills, the expression capability and teamwork spirit, but also improve the comprehensive ability of teachers, equipping teachers with the professional theory and skills to complete a project. In short, the CDIO project is an effective complement of a complete project method which could get better teaching efficiency.
