关于大学生就业指导课教学改革的几点思考

大学生就业指导课的目的是培养学生的就业能力,提高就业水平,就业指导是帮助大学生顺利毕业的重要手段,开设就业指导课是进行就业指导的重要内容。从整体上看,我国的普通高等院校在课程建设中还存在着诸多问题,学校领导对于大学生就业指导课不够重视、为了追赶教学进度导致其他类型的专业课占用了课程时间、就业指导课程教学形式缺乏多样性、教学水平层次不齐等等问题。因此,为了更好地满足社会就业的需要,必须要不断推行高等院校就业指导课程改革。

From the overall perspec- tive, China＇s colleges and universities in the course construction still exist many problems, the school leaders for em- ployment guidance course for college students do not pay enough attention, in order to catch up with the progress of teaching lead to other types of specialized courses occupy the course time, employment guidance course teaching form the lack of diversity, teaching levels not neat, and so on. Therefore, in order to better meet the needs of social employment, we must continue to implement the employment guidance curriculum reform in Colleges and universities.
