摘要
不管高等教育的管理工作经历了何种形式的转换,它始终都处在社会和人这个大的前提背景之下。以"文化-人"为架构的文化学范式赋予了高等教育管理研究新的价值理念和研究使命。高等教育管理研究的文化学范式把人当成是思考问题的着眼点。其存在的前提是假设教育从属于文化范畴,高校教育管理工作是属于文化范畴的一种活动。而其研究措施和步骤等都是在文化与人这个大的前提之下的,通过文化哲学的思想和措施,把文化与人联系到一起,阐述文化和当前高校教育之间的联系。
Whether higher education management experienced what form, it is always in the society and people in this big premise background. With the "cultural people" for the framework of the cultural paradigm gives higher edu- cation management research ofnew value and research mission. Research on higher education management cul- tureparadigm treated people as is the focus of thinking problems. The premise is to assume that the education from belongs to the cultural category, higher education managementis an activity which belongs to the category of culture. While the study measures and steps are under the culture and people of this big premise, through the thoughts and- measures of cultural philosophy, the culture and the people together, elaboratedbetween the culture and the current u- niversity education links.
