中高职衔接,构建现代职业教育体系,是当前我国职业教育改革与发展的重要任务。广西职业技术学院以广西茶业职业教育集团为平台,探索了中高职衔接现代职业教育体系发展模式,开设中高职衔接五年制茶叶生产加工技术专业,并在人才培养目标、培养方案、课程体系与建设、教学管理与评价等方面初步建立了衔接培养机制。
