Taking how to implement the ？ work-study training mode of the talents majoring in Machinofacture for example, this paper will elaborate both the specific practices and the current research at home and abroad on Machinofacture. By the comparative study, the importance of training mode that is adopted in a vocational＆technical college is emphasized. It is share about the work-study specific practices on teaching steps like the curriculum implementation, team building, practical training and etc. The analysis on the occurring problems of vocational education was taken in order to provide some references for the related research.
