摘要
中职学校里,师生之间心理契约的合适与否,主要表现为师生对彼此的期待是否适当以及双方对这种期待的理解程度和满足程度。中职学生对心理健康教师存在的诸多不当期待,如期待过高、期待过低、期待混乱,容易导致教师本身的工作负荷过重,产生教育教学及心理咨询中的不良后果。文章提出教师个人层面的应对策略:自我照顾、传递心理咨询知识、时间管理和专业成长。
In the secondary vocational school, whether the psychological contract between the teachers and the students is proper or not is mainly expressed by whether their expectations to each other is proper or not and by their levels of understanding and satisfaction to the expectations. The secondary vocational school students have so many improper expectations to the teachers of mental health. The students ’ too many or too less or confused expectations to the teachers will lead to the overwork to the teachers and result in the bad results in education and teaching and in psychological counseling. This article presents the teachers’ personal coping strategy:self care, the knowledge of transferring psychological counseling, the management of time and professional development.
