参附注射液治疗顽固性心力衰竭合并低血压的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shenfu Injection in the Treatment of Refractory Congestive Heart Failure and Hypotension

目的探讨参附注射液治疗顽固性心力衰竭合并低血压的临床疗效。方法将顽固性心力衰竭合并低血压患者94例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合参附注射液治疗,观察2组临床疗效和左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)浓度变化。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后LVEF、LVEDd、血浆BNP浓度变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用参附注射液治疗顽固性心力衰竭合并低血压可以提高治疗效果,改善患者心功能,提高患者血压,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection in the treatment of refractory con- gestive heart failure and hypotension. Methods Ninety-four eases of patients with intractable heart failure and hy- potension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while those the treatment group were combined with Shenfu injection treatment. The left ventricular fraction,left ventricular ejection diastolic end diastolic diameter,and the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide concentration were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter and brain natriuretic peptide concentration in plasma were significantly improved in the treatment group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shenfu injection in the treatment of refractory congestive heart failure and hypotension can improve the therapeutic effect, heart function and the blood pressure of patients which is worthy of clinical application.
