摘要
很多中小学校长的办学行为、管理行为和教育行为在培训前后几乎没有改变,因而校长培训的实效性正在受到各方面的关注,它不仅关系到校长培训工作能否持续发展,而且将影响我国基础教育的改革与发展。笔者认为校长培训的实效性应由层次性、科学性、多样性、保障性以及阶段性与长期性几方面构成。
Comparing the performances of headmasters before and after professional training, there is little progress in school management and education. The program of training of headmasters is grasping attention from all directions. It is not only related to continuous development of the program itself, but also affects the reform and growth of our country's primary education.
