微机盐含量测定仪在有机氯检测试验中的应用

Micro-salt Content Analyzer Applied in Testing and Detecting Organic Chlorine Content

采油用清蜡剂中的有机氯严重危害到了油品的加工,WC-200型微机盐含量测定仪在有机氯检测试验中弥补了传统方法的不足。通过对试验过程中的影响因素的研究,提出了提高有机氯检测准确性的可行性办法:用20mg/L的NaCl溶液冲洗并定容;燃烧后不加入Ba(NO3)2溶液;溶液用仪器测试之前用滤纸进行多次过滤;在燃烧瓶旁直接移液、燃烧,可避免挥发。这些方法保证检测结果的准确性,对于采油用清蜡剂产品的检验工作起到了一定的指导作用。

Organic chloride in the paraffin remover used in oil recovery seriously damaged the oil product process,the WC-200micro-salt content analyzer could make up the deficiency of traditional methods for organic chlorine detection.Based on the study of the influential factors in experiments,some feasible solutions are provided to improve the experimental accuracy,which include rising and making constant volume by using 20mg/L of sodium chloride solution,not adding the barium nitrate solution after combustion,making multiple filterings for solution before testing with apparatus,directly pipetting and burning beside the combustion flask for avoiding solvent volatilization.These methods can ensure the accuracy of test results,and provide guidance for the test of paraffin remover used in oil recovery.
