摘要 针对孤岛油田中高渗透率的问题,在油田污水中以有机硅和硅酸钠为主剂,加入EDTA和缓释酸,研制了一种延迟凝胶的硅酸类堵水剂。试验在常压和模拟地层温度60℃下进行,通过正交试验分析了各因素对堵水剂凝胶时间的影响效果,得出试验的最佳配方为有机硅1.3mL+硅酸钠6.4mL+缓释酸14.5mL+EDTA0.15g+油田污水,凝胶时间为13h。该配方既减少了硅源用量,降低了成本,又能够满足堵水剂的凝胶强度,符合实际应用环境。 In consideration of the problem of mid-high permeability in Gudao Oilfield,a delayed gel silicate plugging agent was developed by using organ-silicone and sodium silicate as the main agent mixed in oilfield sewage and adding in some EDTA and sustained release acid.The experiment was performed under the condition of simulation formation temperature at 60℃.Through the analysis of orthogonal test,the effect of various factors on the gelation time of water shutoff agent was obtained.The results show that the optimum formula is organic silicon 1.3mL+sodium metasilicate6.4mL+sustained release acid 14.5mL+EDTA 0.15g+oilfield sewage,the gelation time is 13 h.It not only reduces the amount of silicon and the cost,but also can meet the gel strength of water plugging agent.It can be applied in actual operaation.
