摘要 工业消耗、交通消耗与建筑消耗占我国每年能源消耗的绝大部分,其中以建筑消耗占量最多。伴随着我国经济的高速发展,建筑总量也不断攀升,但其所带来的大量非必要能耗与废弃材料后处理已为我国带来了巨大的经济损失,而建筑节能存在着巨大的研究空间与发展潜力,加强建筑节能工作已刻不容缓,电厂建筑作为建筑领域的一份子,也必须要做好其建筑节能设计的工作。对寒区电厂建筑节能设计的必要性,具体措施与使用节能材料的重要意义做出了论述,具有良好的实际工程价值。 China’ s energy majority used in industrial consumption,transportation consumption and buildings consumption every year,the buildings consumption accounted for the largest amount of construction. Along with the development of our financial advance,total instruction was also rising,however,there were huge economic lossws been bring by non-essential consumption and waste materials, building energy efficiency has research space and huge development potential,strengthen energy efficiency in buildings is urgent,plant construction as part of the construction sector, building energy design work is also important. This paper given the specific measures of the energy saving design of power plant under the cold circumstances.
