A Sound Mechanism:The Key of the Supervision System to Play Resultant Force

目前,我国已经建立了监督种类众多、监督主体多样、监督对象广泛的相对完整的监督体系。然而,监督体系中各监督所处地位和发挥功效不尽相同,各类监督之间的合作仍然不尽如人意。只有建立健全相应机制,将各类监督加以整合,形成完善的监督网络,使权力的运行自始至终都受到监督与约束,监督作为体系之效能才能发挥至最大。

At present, China has established the relatively complete supervision system which reflects diverse types, diverse bodies and diverse objects. However, the position and the effect of supervision are different in system. Also the cooperation between the various types of supervision is still unsatisfactory. Only by establishing the corresponding mechanism, integrating various types of supervision, forming a complete supervision network, carrying out the power performances under the supervision and restraint all the times, the su- pervision system may be put into practice to the most degree.
