Key Issues of the Overseas Researches on Deliberative Democracy

西方协商民主研究的文献主要包括了五个关键议题:一是协商民主基本理论;二是协商民主的应用倡议与实现之策;三是协商民主的局限与批判;四是协商民主的理论验证与实践研究;五是协商民主研究的总结、反思与推进。

There are five key issues in the overse as literatures on deliberative democracy： 1） some basic theoretical contents of deliberative democracy; 2） the proposals for the application of deliberative democracy and the ways to make it work; 3） the limita- tions of deliberative democracy and the criticisms to it; 4） the validations of the delibera- tive democracy theory and the practices concerning it; 5） the summaries, reflections and promotions of the researches on deliberative democracy.
