摘要
欠发达地区高职高专院校的青年教师在成长过程中遇到多种障碍,是由学校、社会与教师自身等多方面的原因所致,采取积极有效的培养策略有利于地方高职高专院校培养和激励其青年教师成长。
In underdeveloped regions,young teachers in higher vocational and junior colleges,while growing up,may encounter many obstacles caused by the college,society and themselves.Positive and effective training strategies taken by local colleges may help train and encourage their young teachers.
