摘要
从珠三角地区软件行业发展、企业需求、毕业生对岗位的胜任度、高职院校软件技术专业设置几个方面研究了目前高职软件技术专业人才培养与行业市场需求之间的匹配情况,分析了目前高职院校软件技术专业在市场匹配方面存在的问题并探索问题解决的策略。
This paper,based on the software industry development of the Pearl River Delta region,the enterprise demand,competence of graduates on the job and the software technology specialty offered in higher vocational colleges,researches the matching between the training of talents of software technology specialty and the market demand,of which the problems are analyzed and solutions to them are put forward.
