摘要
走班制是一种个别化的教学组织形式,它将固定的行政班和走动的学科分层教学班结合起来,尊重了学生学习的差异性。作为一种新的教学组织形式,走班制在实施的过程中也暴露了一些问题,如流动性影响了同辈群体的形成、流动性增加了班级管理的难度、分层上课使学生心理产生困扰、分层教学使教师心中疑惑和加重教学任务等。因此,在实施过程中应指导学生正确地看待走班制、建立完善的走班管理体系、合理配备各层次任课教师。
"Mobile Learning System" is a new individualized teaching organization form,which combines fixed administrative classes with subject teaching class and respects the differences of students’ learning.But as a new thing,Mobile Learning System has encountered some difficulties in the process of development.For example,mobility influences the formation of peer groups and increases the difficulties of class administration;stratification makes students produce psychological problems and causes the confusion and increases the tasks of teaching.So in the process of implementation,students shall be guided to treat the mobile learning system correctly,perfect class management system is to be established and each classroom shall be equipped with proper teachers.
