On the Vector of the Work of Labor Union

工会为群众组织,与共青团、妇联等其他群众组织相比较,发展程度不同,具体任务不同。工会工作必须围绕中心、服务大局,完善自身建设并且创造性履行职能,靠团体组织职工,有渠道引导职工,有手段服务职工,靠制度维护职工合法权益。

The labor Union is the organization for the general public, which is different from other organizations such as the Communist Youth League and the Women＇s Federation and has tasks of its own. Centered on the overall situation, the Labor Union should perfect itself and perform some creative functions. It should play a great role in guiding the workers, serving the workers and guaranteeing the right of the workers under the help of the institution.
