摘要 在不断推进全面深化改革的大背景下,做好改革转型期企业员工思想引导和教育工作,对实现员工思想与深化改革、转型发展的"同频共振"具有重要推动作用。引入康复学中的"引导"论,创新性地将之运用到员工的思想教育中,通过引导方式、方法的创新,可以达到员工思想自主性转变的目的和效果。实施"引导式"思想教育,需准确把握员工思想和行为的新变化,更新教育理念,整合教育内容,改进教育方式方法。 Under the circumstances of dcepaning reforms in an all-round way, it is of great importance to do the ideological education for the anterprise employees. It can play an important role in improving the ideological state of the employees and in making them keep pace with the development of the reform. Based on the Inductive Theory, this article uses this theory in the ideological education of the employees, aiming to improve the ideological state of the employees autonomously. Through the inductive ideological education, we should make clear the ideological state of the employees, update the ideas, and integrate the education contents and improve the educational method.
