摘要
为了掌握某型号电主轴系统的性能及进一步研究和改善电主轴系统,文章以该型号电主轴系统为研究对象,提出了新型快捷的测试方法,即分别采用锤击法、电测法和多点测温法对其进行模态、振动和温升测试,得到了电主轴系统的共振频率和固有频率、振动变化规律和温度分布变化规律。通过得到的实验数据发现:电主轴在空载、低速工况下振动较大,在加速过程中频率较低时变化较大,在高速段时径向振动幅值随着电机转速的提高而增大;电主轴可以有效的避开共振区;随着电主轴运行速度的提升,机体外壳三个测量处的温度也升高,但变化率下降;中部定子处机体温升最高。
In order to grasp the performance of a certain type motorized spindle system and further research and improve the motorized spindle,this paper presents a newrapid testing to experimentally study the type of motorized spindle system,that is to say,through hammering method,electrical measuring method and multi-point temperature measurement method to gain the resonant frequency and inherent frequency,the change of vibration and temperature distribution. The experimental data showthat under no-load,lowspeed working condition the electric spindle has high vibration; however,in the process of acceleration and lowfrequency,the change of vibration is not small; in the high speed period the radial vibration amplitude increases with the augment of motor speed; With the rotation speed fortify of motorized spindle,the vibration amplitude changes little,which can avoid the resonance effectively; as the motorized spindle speed of ascension,the three temperature measures of shell body also add,but the rate declines; the highest temperature part of the body is the stator.
