摘要
当前我国知识产权保护面临的国际国内形势发生了一些新的变化,司法需要有针对性地予以回应和调整,以更好地服务于我国的创新和发展。
Facing the changing of international and domestic situation, the judicial policy of intellectual property protection should adjust and response to the changes accordingly, so as to better serve the innovation and development of our country.
