摘要
福州三迪家居广场(红星美凯龙)为复杂高层建筑,建筑单体体量庞大,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。本文系统介绍了中庭大开洞部分的抗浮计算要点及措施,结构体系选择及扭转效应控制对比,以及中庭楼板大开洞、超长结构不断缝的应对措施。
Fuzhou Sandi Home Furnishing Square is a complex tall building with huge size concrete frame structure.This paper introduces the structural design strategies, including anti-floating calculation, selection of structure systems, construction torsion controlling meas-ures, counter measures for atrium floor with large opening and super long structure without break gaps.
