地下核电站可行性分析及基于MCDA技术的优选

摘要 将核电站建于地下,不仅可充分利用土地资源,节约成本,还能更好地利用其非能动安全性,同时避免了在发生严重核事故时放射性物质向大气中的扩散,提高核电站的安全性。本文介绍了4种不同地下核电站设计方案,从不同角度分析了各方案的可行性,并对可行方案使用多判据决策分析技术,从核电站的安全性、经济效益、对环境的影响、施工的难易程度等方面进行综合评定后选出最优方案,从而综合、全面地考评了地下核电站这一新的核电设计构想。 The underground nuclear power plant can not only make full use of land resources and reduce costs, but also make better use of its passive safety, as well as avoic; the radioactivity release into the atmosphere during the serious nuclear accidents taking place, and therefore improve the safety of the nuclear plant. In order to obtain comprehensive and integrated analysis on this new nuclear power plant design, four different underground nuclear power plant designs were introduced in the paper, the feasibility of each design was analyzed, and the multiple criteria decision analysis method was used to choose the best available option after comprehensively evaluating on safety, economic benefit, environmental impact and construction difficulty. Consequently, this new nuclear power plant design was assessed synthetically and comprehensively.
