非能动先进核电厂主给水管道水锤模拟计算 被引量:1

摘要 核电厂主给水系统用以保证蒸汽发生器的冷却,主给水管道作为其中主要的压力管道,直接向蒸汽发生器提供所需温度、压力和流量的给水。由于压力管道易发生水锤现象,研究水锤对主给水管道的影响是主给水系统设计的重要内容。本文以非能动先进核电厂主给水系统的设计为例,通过PIPENET软件对主给水管道的水锤现象进行模拟计算,分析主给水隔离阀不同的关闭形式、不同的关闭时间及主给水泵不同的关闭时间对管道内水锤的影响。结果表明,主给水隔离阀的关闭时间越缓慢、主给水泵关闭时间越长,主给水管道内的水锤压力和载荷越小。对于主给水隔离阀的关闭形式,选择行程-时间曲线为先快后慢的类型,产生的水锤压力和载荷最小。 The main feedwater system in nuclear power plant is used to ensure the cooling of steam generator. The main feedwater line which is the main pressure pipe provides feedwater at the required temperature, pressure, and flow rate for the steam generator. Since the pressure pipe is susceptible to water hammer event, the study of the water hammer effect on main feedwater line is an important content in the main feedwater system design. Taking the main feedwater system of passive advanced nuclear power plant for example, the present work simulated the water hammer phenomenon using PIPENET code to analyze the effects of various closure modes, different closing time of the main feedwater isolation valve and different closing time of the main feed-water pump on water hammer. The results show that the tardier the closing time of the main feedwater isolation valve is or the longer the closing time of the main feedwater pump is, the less the water hammer pressure and force are. When the closure mode of the main feedwater isolation valve is first quick then slow stroke-time curve, the calcu lated water hammer pressure and force are the least.
