浊点萃取-酶抑制-分光光度法测定蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量 被引量:5

摘要 农药对农副产品的产量提高具有显著的作用,但农药的不规范使用所引起的环境污染和对人体健康的危害已经引起了越来越多的关注。食品安全与人类生活密切相关,蔬菜水果中农药残留引起中毒事件屡有发生,为保护消费者健康,必须加强农药残留的检测和控制[1]。测定有机磷农药残留普遍采用的方法有色谱法以及气相色谱-质谱法或液相色谱-质谱法,这些方法具有测定结果准确、灵敏度高等优点,但成本较高,耗时较长,
