当前,我国生猪产业正在经历着结构调整与转型升级的重大变革,传统生产方式存在的弊端与转型发展中的阵痛已经逐渐显现,高风险、高成本、高科技的特征更加明显,微利经营已成业界新常态。而在这样的背景下,转变发展方式,提高标准化、集约化、科学化水平,形成以科技进步为主的内涵式增长模式,尽快实现由传统数量型增长向数量、质量和效益并重的方向转变已成为当务之急。
