摘要
由于目视检测发现了有明显裂纹的薄壁齿,而用荧光渗透检测却未能有效检出裂纹的现象,故引出了对该零件渗透检测方法局限性的探讨。通过系统的试验与分析,初步确定了荧光渗透检测失效的原因,并对薄壁齿的检测提出了辅以加载渗透检测和涡流检测的方案,完善了薄壁齿的无损检测手段,可为同类零部件实施无损检测时提供借鉴指导。
This paper discusses the limitation of penetrant testing method. It was found that some visually observed cracks on the thin-walled gear were undetected by fluorescent penetrant testing. Through a series of experiment and analysis, we have found out the cause of the failure and proposed a method supported by loading penetrant testing and eddy current testing to improve the detection performance. This paper can also serve as a guide for the same kind of parts detection.
