铝碳酸镁联合兰索拉唑治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡的临床疗效及安全性

The clinical effects and safety of Hydrotalcite combined with Lansoprazole in treatment of 40 cases of gastric ulcer

目的探究铝碳酸镁联合兰索拉唑在治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡中的临床疗效及安全性。方法从2012年9月至2014年2月接诊的幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡病例中随机选取符合条件的病例80例作为研究对象,按照入院治疗的先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予三联疗法进行幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根除治疗,对照组再服用兰索拉唑,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服铝碳酸镁。经过8周的治疗后,观察两组病例溃疡的临床疗效、幽门螺旋杆菌根除情况、不良反应以及复发情况。在治疗过后4个月对两组病例进行胃镜复查,观察两组病例的复发情况。结果经过8周的治疗,治疗组的总有效率95.0%明显高于对照组(67.5%);治疗组的幽门螺旋杆菌根除率82.5%高于对照组(60.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义。治疗4个月后进行复查,治疗组出现复发症状的几率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合兰索拉唑对幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡具有良好的治疗效果,提高溃疡的愈合质量,降低溃疡复发率,不良反应较少,是一种安全有效的治疗手段,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To research the clinical effects and safety of hydrotalcite combined with lansoprazole in treatment of 40 cases of he-licobacter pylori associated gastric ulcer. Methods From September 2012 to February 2014,80 cases of helicobacter pylori associated gastric ul-cer were randomly selected from our hospital and included as the research object,according to the order of admission. All patients were divided in-to treatment group and control group. A week before the start of treatment,triple therapy was used to eradicate in two groups of patients′helicobact-er pylori（H. Pylori）. Both groups were given triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori（Hp）eradication treatment. From the beginning of the second week,the control group were treated with lansoprazole on the basis of the treatment group treated with hydrotalcite. After 8 weeks treatment,ulcer healing,helicobacter pylori eradication situation,the quality of ulcer healing,adverse drug reaction,and so on were observed in the patients of two groups. After 4 months of treatment in two cases of endoscopic examination,the recurrence observed in the patients of two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was 95% ,significantly higher than the control group（67. 5% ）. And the eradica-tion rate of helicobacter pylori therapy group was 82. 5% ,compared with the control group（60. 0% ）. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment process did not appear obvious adverse reaction. After 4 months of treatment for review,the treatment group was sig-nificantly lower than the probability of recurrent symptoms in the control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Hydrotal-cite combined lansoprazole treatment has a good effect on helicobacter pylori associated gastric ulcer,significantly better than single treatment with lansoprazole,improve the quality of ulcer healing,reduce ulcer recurrence rate,less side effects,is a safe and effective method,is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
