摘要 针对复杂产品设计过程中由任务执行情况的不确定性和工作单元知识结构的差异性导致的任务难以有效分配等问题,提出一种基于模糊集理论和知识相似度的复杂产品设计任务分配方法,并基于遗传算法对任务的分配方案进行求解。该方法通过工作单元的知识结构与任务知识需求的相似度对工作单元的工作能力进行评估,结合相似案例和模糊集理论对任务的执行时间进行计算,以缩短任务执行时间为目标函数,在任务分配过程中充分考虑任务的执行时间、任务之间的时序等约束条件,求解策略能够在满足这些约束的条件下快速获得最佳的任务分配方案,实例结果表明了该方法的有效性。 Aiming at the inefficient assignment of task in complex product design caused by the task execution uncer- tainty and the knowledge structure difference among the workers, a task assignment method based on fuzzy set theo- ry and knowledge similarity was proposed, and the task assignment scheme was solved based on genetic algorithm. Combining with the similarity between the task's knowledge requirement and the worker's knowledge structure, the skill levels of the workers were evaluated, and the task duration combined with the fuzzy set theory was calculated. The shortened task duration was taken as the objective function to obtain the optimal task assignment scheme rapidly by solving strategy with the constraints such as the task duration and the sequence among the tasks. The examples showed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
