摘要
针对云制造模式下加工制造服务的主动发现与优化配置问题,以底层加工设备为研究对象,从加工设备的基本信息、加工能力、实时状态和服务质量四个方面对其动态服务能力进行描述与建模;提出一种制造服务的主动发现机制和相应的敏捷配置方法,结合制造服务的静、动态信息,基于灰色关联度的评价方法对候选制造服务进行多目标综合评价,实现加工任务驱动的制造服务资源集的优化配置。通过实例验证了所提方法的可行性和实用性。
Aiming at the new requirements of the initiative discovery and agile configuration of manufacturing services for cloud manufacturing, the dynamical service model of manufacturing machines was established form the basic in- formation, processing capability, real-time status and service quality. On this basis, the initiative discovery mecha- nism and agile configuration method were proposed to optimally configure the manufacturing services according to their static and dynamic information. A gray correlation degree method was used to evaluate the manufacturing serv- ices for multi-objective optimization, A case study was given to verify feasibility and practicability of the presented model and method.
