摘要
为研究事业单位职工在不同情况下对延迟退休的态度的变化,在相关理论基础和初步调查的基础上,筛选出了对职工延迟退休意愿产生影响的因素及其影响的程度和方式。以政策实施的对象为研究目标,立足于个体意愿,以788名事业单位职工的调查数据为基础,采用二元Logistic回归模型,针对个体特征、经济因素、工作因素与制度因素对职工延迟退休意愿的影响进行了研究。结果表明,最适退休年龄、工龄、升职空间和继续工作意愿与职工延迟退休意愿存在显著正相关关系;退休后社会保障外收入则与职工延迟退休意愿存在显著负相关关系。
In order to study the changed attitudes of public institution staff towards delay retirement in different situations, the factors that had an impact on staff attitude towards postponed retirement were screened out. With the subjects of policy implementation as research objectives and based on individual willingness and the survey data of 788 public institution employees, the effects that personal characteristics, economic aspects, job factors and institutional factors have on delay retirement were examined using the binary Logistic Regression Model. The result indicated that there was a positive correlation between the factors of optimal retirement age, length of service and promotion space and the workers ~ willingness to .proceed with one's work and delay re- tirement. Besides, there was a negative correlation between the willingness to delay retirement and incomes af- ter retirement beyond social security. This conclusion extended policy thinking for selectahle shelving delay re- tirement or establishing elastic retirement mechanism, which would provide more space to choose retirement age for public institution employees.
