摘要
运用超效率DEA方法测算了32个资源型城市2003~2011年的生态效率,然后利用Malmquist指数对生态效率进行了对比研究,结果表明:资源型城市总体生态效率波动较小,近期呈现出快速增长的趋势,区域问生态效率相差较大,西部远高于中东部城市,技术进步是促进生态效率增长的最主要原因,规模效率制约了生态效率增长。实证检验得出:资源回收利用率对资源型城市的生态效率会产生显著的负向影响;城镇化率、生产技术和利用外资时生态效率产生显著的正向影响;产业结构对生态效率的影响并不显著。
In the paper,the eco-efficiency of 32 resource-based cities from 2003 to 2011 were calculated by super- efficient DEA method. The results show that the eco-efficiency of resource-based cities fluctuates narrowly and presents a rapid growth trend recently, but there is a larger difference between the western resource-based cit- ies and eastern and central cities. The eco-efficiency of the western resource-based cities is much higher than the average of the eastern and central cities. Technological progress is the main reason of the eco-effieiency growth, and scale efficiency has restricted the eco-efficiency growth. The empirical test shows that the re- sources recovery and recycling rate may have significantly negative impacts on ecological efficiency, while ur- banization rate, production technology and the utilization of foreign capital have a significantly positive impact on the eco-efficiency; there is no significant impact on the ecological efficiency of the industrial structure.
