摘要
汉语国际教育硕士(Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers Other Languages,简称MTCSOL)专业学位。本文认为,MTCSOL的教学信念,是其对汉语作为第二语言教学的理解和看法,并且确信这些认知是恰当的,确信教学中的某些操作和教法是有效的。MTCSOL的专业发展信念,是对从事对汉语作为第二语言教学者主要应该具备哪些知识、能力和素养的理解和看法,并且在专业学习阶段和教学实践过程中应着力学习和发展有关的知识、能力和素养。教学信念深刻地影响着教师的教学行为和教学效果。有什么样的教学信念,就会有什么样的专业发展信念。专业发展信念影响着教师知识、能力和自身素养体系的构成,进而影响其教学的取向和重点、质量与得失。本文重点讨论了教学信念的内涵与作用,例示了MTCSOL所应具有的教学信念和专业发展信念。
This 1 and perceptions o their perceptions sional developmet they should have as in-service or pre-service teachers of Chinese as a foreign language. The former exerts profound influence on their teaching behaviors and teaching outcomes and is closely related to the latter which in turn will help form the contour of the teacher's knowledge, ability and quantity and in- fluence their teaching orientation, focus, and quality, and consequently determine the success and failure of the teaching. This paper expounds the implications of such beliefs, which should have some significance to MTCSOL-related teaching.
