摘要 听评课是教师专业生活、专业成长和发展的重要途径,但现行的听评课存在"去专业化"现象,需要实现从听评课到课堂观察的范式转变。基于教师成长的课堂观察是互助的、合作的,也是反思的。构建教师专业学习共同体,形成教师合作文化是课堂观察顺利开展的现实保障。互助反思的课堂观察具体实施过程分为课前集体备课、课堂各自观察、课后分享反思3个环节。 Class evaluation is an important means for improving a teacher's professional life and de- velopment, but the current class evaluation has the de-professional" features, and so it is necessary to realize the paradigm shift from class evaluation to class observation. Classroom observation, which is based on the development of teachers, is mutual, cooperative and reflective. The construction of the teacher's professional learning community and the formation of a cooperative teacher culture are the guarantee for the smooth operation of classroom observation. The cooperative and reflective classroom observation falls into three stages, that is, collective lesson preparation, individual classroom obser- vation and afte^class sharing of their reflections.
