Meta- analysis of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

目的:系统评价小青龙汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床优势。方法:以"小青龙汤""小青龙颗粒"等类似方药名;以"变应性鼻炎""鼻鼽"等类似病名为主题词,通过Pub Med、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库检索相关文献,提取纳入研究的数据进行Meta分析。结果:纳入5篇文献共958例变应性鼻炎患者,其中试验组582例,对照组373例。Meta分析显示小青龙汤治疗变应性鼻炎效果优于西医常规治疗(P<0.000 2),合并效应量RR为1.18,95%CI为(1.08,1.29)。结论:小青龙汤治可作为鼻鼽诊疗指南的重要方药,经方在鼻鼽诊疗指南具有重要地位,但仍需进一步进行研究。

Objective：To review the clinical advantages of Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods：The similar pre-scriptions such like Xiaoqinglong decoctionand Xiaoqinglong particlesas the keywords,the similar disease names such like al-lergic rhinitis,biqiuas the keywords,searching for relevant literature by retrieving PubMed,CNKI,WanFang DATA,VIP,CBM.The extracted data has been for meta-analysis.Results：5documents of 958 patients with allergic rhinitis were includ-ed,of which 582 cases of the treatment group and 373 cases of the control group,meta-analysis shows Xiaoqinglong decoction treatment of allergic rhinitis is superior to conventional treatment （P〈0.000 2）,the Combined effect of RR is 1.18,95% CI is（1.08,1.29）. Conclusion：Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating biqiu has an important position,which can be used for diagnosis and treatment guide-lines.But it still be needs further research.
