摘要
山楂含有有机酸、三萜类化合物、黄酮类化合物、多糖等多种活性成分,具有保护心脑血管、抗菌、抗氧化、降血压、降血脂、抗肿瘤等药理作用。临床上常以山楂作为助消化的食疗产品。山楂作为药食同源的植物,应积极开发其在临床以及保健类食品等方面的应用,加大对山楂叶的开发利用。
Objective:To explore the way of comprehensive development and utilization of Hawthorn,for a berrer reference for thedevel-opment and utilization of Hawthorn.Methods:Summarized the experimental and clinical study of Hawthorn,and analyzed the characteris-tics of study for Hawthorn,and explored the way of comprehensive utilization of Hawthorn.Results:Hawthorn contains organic acids,trit-erpenoids,flavonoids,polysaccharide and so on.It has the action of protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovasular,antimicrobial,antioxi-dant,hypotensive,hypolipidemic,antitumor.Hawthorn often aid digestion as clinically therapeutic products.Conclusivon:We should ac-tively develop its utilization in clinical applications as well as other aspects of health foods and increase the development and utilization of hawthorn leaves.
