气相色谱法同时测定消炎镇痛膏中5种组分含量

Study on Simultaneous Determination of Five Components in Xiaoyan Zhentong Gao by GC

目的:建立能同时测定消炎镇痛膏中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚5种组分含量的气相色谱方法。方法:采用DM-WAX毛细管色谱(30 m×0.25μm,0.25μm);柱温130℃;氢火焰离子化检测器,气化室温度为200℃;检测器温度230℃。结果:樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、麝香草酚的峰面积与浓度呈现很好的线性关系。采用萘为内标物,可以准确测定样品中的5种有效成分。樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、麝香草酚的回收率分别为100.06%、99.82%、99.23%、99.87%、100.14%。阴性样品不干扰测定。结论:该方法专属性好,准确率高,耐用范围好,可以作为产品质控方法。

Objective：To grope for a kind of method,it can simultaneously determine five components in gas chromatography.This com-ponents include camphor,menthol and borneol,salicylic acid methyl ester and thymol in Xiaoyan Zhentong Gao.Methods：Using the DM-WAX polar capillary vessel chromatographic column （30 m ＆#215;0.25 μm and 0.25 μm）;Column temperature 130 ℃;Hydrogen flame ionization detector,the gasification chamber temperature is 200 ℃;detector temperature is 230 ℃.Results：The negative samples with not interference measurement,the peak area and concentration of camphor,menthol,borneol,methyl salicylate,thymol show a good linear relationship.Using the naphthalene is internal standard substance,which can accurately measure the five kinds of effective com-ponents in the samples.This method has good durability and accuracy.The recovery rates of camphor,menthol,borneol,methyl salicy-late,thymol respectively are：100.06%,99.82%,99.23%,99.87%,100.14%.Conclusion：The method is specific,and high accura-cy,good durable range,can be used as a method of product quality control.
