摘要
目的:观察化瘀疏肝汤治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(乙型肝炎)肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将79例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为两组。对照组给予保肝对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用化瘀疏肝汤,疗程3个月,观察治疗前后中医证候积分、肝纤维化指标、肝功能及B超检查的变化。结果:两组治疗后各项指标与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率87.50%,对照组有效率66.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀疏肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效显著,具有较好的抗纤维化作用,可改善患者临床症状和体征。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of Huayu Shugan Tang in treating chronic hepatitis B fibrosis.Methods：79 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given Baogan symp-tomatic treatment and the treatment group was given Huayu Shugan Tang based on the control group,treatment for 3 months.Observed the symptom scores,liver fibrosis,liver function,changes and B ultrasound examination of two groups before and after treatment.Re-sults：Compared the indicators of two groups after treatment with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the effective rate was 87.50%in treatment group and 66.67%in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Huayu Shugan Tang has obvious therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients and can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.
